Refund Policy

The 14-day window

Any course or membership purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of the payment date. You do not need to justify the request, and it makes no difference how much of the material you have watched — we would rather you try the course properly before deciding.

How to request one

Email our support address from the address on your account, with the order reference from your receipt. We acknowledge within two business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within ten business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.

After the window

• Annual memberships cancelled after 14 days are refunded pro-rata for whole unused months.
• Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period; part-months are not refunded.
• If we retire or materially reduce material you have paid for, we refund the unused portion whether or not the window has passed.
• If a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing a course, we refund it in full regardless of timing.

What is not refundable

• Certificate verification fees, once a certificate has been issued and verified.
• Team enrolments already invoiced and consumed beyond the 14-day window, which are governed by the team agreement.
• Purchases where the material has been redistributed in breach of the Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Almost every dispute we see would have been resolved faster by email, and a chargeback automatically suspends platform access until the bank closes the case.
