What paying does not buy.
Worth saying explicitly, because plenty of platforms in this field imply the opposite. Tuition buys teaching material and the tools to work through it. It does not buy any of the following, at any price.
- Investment advice, recommendations or asset selection of any kind
- Trade signals, alerts, model portfolios or copy-trading
- Portfolio management, custody or execution on your behalf
- A professional licence, an academic degree or a regulatory qualification
- Any promise about returns, income or employment
Billing questions
What happens at the end of an annual term?
Annual plans renew only if you renew them. We email a reminder thirty days before the term ends; if you do nothing, access reverts to the free account and no charge is taken. Monthly plans renew monthly until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are there fees on top of the listed price?
No. The price shown is the price charged, in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion charge, which we neither set nor receive. There is no setup fee, no processing fee and no charge to cancel.
Do prices change after I subscribe?
A price change never applies mid-term. If we change list prices, existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for the remainder of their term and are told the new figure before any renewal.
How do refunds work?
Any paid course or membership can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, regardless of how much of it you have watched, by writing to our support address. We do not ask why. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Do you offer reduced pricing?
Yes. Concessionary places are available for students, people between jobs and applicants from countries where the list price is disproportionate. Write to us with a sentence about your situation — we do not ask for documentation.
